Job description
Recursion is seeking a senior leader to drive business development and licensing for its portfolio of oncology and innovation-focused assets. You will build strategic relationships with top pharma/biotech partners, identify high-value in-licensing opportunities, and structure complex deals across licensing, acquisition, and co-development.
This role requires a deep drug development background, exceptional negotiation skills, and a track record of leading multi-stakeholder transactions.
