Stout Risius Ross, LLC, Chicago/New York/Washington, DC, seeks a Vice President to lead M&A advisory for Business Services. You will manage transaction strategy, coordinate deal teams, and develop client relationships with founders, PE firms, and strategic buyers.
The role requires 7+ years of experience, a finance degree (MBA preferred), advanced modeling and presentation skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while embracing AI-enabled tools to improve research and workflow.
