Job description
Mapletree seeks a Vice President, Capital Formation (North America) based in the United States. This role focuses on capital raising, investor engagement, and marketing for private real estate funds in North America, supporting PCM strategy across Mapletree Group.
Candidates should have 10+ years in fundraising, a strong NA track record, and the ability to travel. The position offers in-office work four days a week and opportunities for discretionary bonus as part of total compensation.
