Job description
Reef Capital seeks a Vice President of Capital Formation to lead capital-raising efforts from institutional LPs, RIAs, wirehouses, and other major allocators. The role will build a repeatable outreach and qualification engine across channels and scale Reef's fundraising program.
The position is full-time, with extensive travel and a focus on establishing durable investor relationships, guiding due diligence, and supporting capital deployment across Reef's platforms.
