Job description
Cloud Capital, a global investment management firm, seeks a Vice President, Capital Markets to lead debt and equity financing, manage lender and investor relationships, and support fund-level capital raising across its portfolio.
You will work with Investments, Finance, Asset Management, and Legal teams to optimize capital structures, prepare materials, and guide transactions from underwriting through close.
