VP Carrier and Captive AnalyticsPRIMARY PURPOSE: To direct and manage a team that provides visibility into the life cycle of client vision from an enterprise intelligence perspective.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Carrier and Captive analytics strategy and roadmap, setting priorities, sequencing investments, and building a dedicated capability aligned to business and client needs.

Establish the data and governance foundation required to scale Carrier and Captive analytics, including entity hierarchy, mappings, metric definitions, source logic, and integration with broader enterprise data, Finance, and technology initiatives.

Build actionable operational and leadership insights, translating complex multi-account, multi-policy, and parent/child structures into trusted rollups, metrics, and decision tools that show where attention or intervention is needed.

Use analytics to drive client value and growth, partnering across Operations, Client Services, Finance, and Marketing to translate performance into stronger stewardship, renewal, cross-sell, and ROI narratives.

Responsible for directing a team that manages business analytics and pipeline.

Responsible for developing and overseeing client relationship management enterprise solutions.

Responsible for providing strategic direction for business intelligence, contact management system, and client base intelligence analytics.

Oversees business and communications engagement analytics and presents information to business key holders.

May oversee budget management for the business area.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administers company personnel policies in all areas and follows company staffing standards and training recommendations.

Interviews, hires and establishes colleague performance development plans; conducts colleague performance discussions.

Provides support, guidance, leadership and motivation to promote maximum performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university preferred. Ten (10) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

PC literate, including Microsoft Office products

Analytical and interpretive skills

Strong organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Proven management/leadership skills

Ability to create and complete comprehensive, accurate and constructive written reports

Ability to work in a team environment

Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
