Job description
DSV is seeking a Vice President, BCM, Americas to lead the design, governance, and execution of change initiatives across North America and LATAM, ensuring adoption and value realization for client implementations, WMS upgrades, migrations, and CIP deployments. The role chairs a global BCM steering committee to standardize methods and drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities include owning the Americas change portfolio, defining transition roadmaps, and guiding regional teams.
