Job description
TD Securities is seeking a Vice President to join its Corporate Debt Finance group in New York. You will help develop and implement policies, monitor borrowers and collateral, and structure asset-based lending transactions for a range of clients.
The role requires deep banking experience, advanced credit and financial modeling skills, and strong communication to manage complex transactions and risk. Hybrid work options and a competitive Total Rewards package are offered.
