Job description
The Vice President role in SitusAMC’s Commercial Real Estate Finance group in New York focuses on screening, structuring, underwriting and documenting CMBS conduit CRE loan opportunities across the U.S. You will perform full due diligence and assist with securitization reports, working with a team in a dynamic financial services environment.
Expect to interact with senior underwriters, prepare credit committee materials, and participate in loan closings.
