The ideal candidate is community-focused with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Candidates must possess a high level of personal accountability, strong credit knowledge and analytical skills, and previous lending experience. This is an opportunity to join the successful Business Banking Team of a top performing organization.
Clear Lake Bank & Trust Company is an independent community bank in Clear Lake, Iowa with an office in Garner, Iowa and two offices in Mason City, Iowa. Our Business Banking Department is regarded as knowledgeable, resourceful and professional throughout the North Iowa area.
Qualifications:
Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in finance or related area
Aminimum of 15 years of experience in a commercial and agricultural lending role responsible for business development and credit administration
Previous credit analyst experience preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills are required
Proficient in PC usage and standard office applications (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook)
