Job description
New York Life seeks a Business Unit Continuous Improvement Sustainability Leader to drive sustained CI adoption within Corporate Finance. You will coach leaders on CI principles and design advanced training across functions such as Sales, HR, and Underwriting to lift maturity and link improvements to strategic outcomes.
Lead cross-functional MSAs, translate findings into 100-day action plans, and embed CI into planning and reviews.
