Job description
Alight is seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the enterprise FP&A function, shaping forecasting, long-range planning, and decision-support capabilities. You will partner with the CFO, CEO, and executive team to translate strategy into actionable financial plans.
You will build a high-performing FP&A team, oversee reporting packages, and drive accountability across the organization.
