VP, Customer Strategy & Solutions
AI Medicare Patient Engagement
Remote, United States
$200k – $240k base salary + Bonus + Equity
The Company
Storm3’s client is a HealthTech company using AI to help health plans and provider organizations improve member engagement, quality outcomes, and operational performance. Operating across Medicare Advantage, Population Health, and Value-Based Care, they’ve built a platform that helps organizations identify which members need intervention, when outreach should happen, and what actions are most likely to drive results.
The Role
The person who succeeds here will be comfortable operating in the space between strategy consulting, payer operations, enterprise sales, and executive relationship management. You’ll be expected to engage senior healthcare leaders on topics ranging from Stars performance and member experience to care management, population health strategy, and growth initiatives. Then you’ll translate those conversations into solutions that create value for both the customer and the business.
The role reports directly to the CEO and carries significant visibility across the organization. You’ll have real influence over customer strategy, commercial growth, product direction, and expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage, Stars, Quality Programs, Member Experience, Care Management, Population Health, and Value-Based Care.
Experience working with or within payer organizations and a strong understanding of health plan operations.
Proven ability to lead consultative customer engagements and develop strategic recommendations.
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving customer growth, retention, and account expansion.
Responsibilities
Partner with commercial leadership on strategic payer opportunities.
Lead executive discovery sessions to uncover business priorities, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
Develop solution strategies and ROI frameworks that demonstrate measurable business value.
Build trusted relationships with senior leaders across Medicare, Population Health, Clinical Operations, Digital Health, and Technology teams.
Conduct executive business reviews and value-realization discussions.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing customer accounts.
Support enterprise sales cycles through healthcare domain expertise and consultative problem-solving.
