FourFound, partnering with a leading independent investment bank in New York, is seeking a VP-level Investment Banking professional to lead execution across complex M&A and advisory transactions.
You will oversee modelling, valuation, diligence and transaction materials, work directly with senior executives, sponsors and investors, and develop client relationships to contribute to origination; strong client-facing capabilities and transaction leadership are essential.
