Job description
InforCapital, partnership, is seeking a Vice President for Direct Lending in Miami, United States. The role involves managing various aspects of direct lending and asset management across a diverse portfolio of floating rate and mezzanine loans. Key responsibilities include overseeing specially serviced loans, analyzing property performance, and underwriting new investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of CRE debt, including asset valuation and distressed debt workouts, alongside modeling skills in DCF, IRR, and NPV.
