Job description
We are looking for an experienced finance leader to guide and expand a sophisticated family office services practice. This role partners closely with senior leadership to manage complex client relationships, strengthen team performance, and elevate the quality and consistency of service delivery. The ideal candidate brings deep accounting and financial insight, strong judgment, and the ability to create structure in situations involving intricate wealth arrangements and competing priorities.Responsibilities:• Direct financial oversight for complex family office client engagements, ensuring accurate analysis, timely execution, and high-quality deliverables.• Partner with practice leadership to shape scalable operating procedures, improve service workflows, and support continued growth of the business.• Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing guidance, setting expectations, and fostering strong, detail-oriented performance.• Review budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow activities for ultra-high-net-worth families and related entities with a high degree of precision.• Coordinate across advisors and stakeholders to address trust, tax, and entity-related matters within multifaceted family structures.• Translate incomplete or fragmented financial information into clear recommendations and practical next steps for clients and internal teams.• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting tools, technology usage, and overall operational effectiveness across the practice.• Maintain strong client relationships by delivering responsive service, sound financial leadership, and thoughtful problem-solving on sensitive matters.
