Job description
Goldman Sachs is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor within Human Capital Management in New York. You will provide guidance to managers on employment relationships, investigate concerns, and partner with Compliance and Legal to ensure policy adherence. You will counsel employees and help drive positive workplace culture.
You will develop policies, design training, and liaise with the Employment Law Group to resolve issues, while balancing business needs and legal compliance.
