This role offers the opportunity to influence major silicon and system-level programs serving some of the most demanding infrastructure applications in the industry.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the engineering organization responsible for developing complex semiconductor products for next-generation data centers
Own execution across the complete silicon lifecycle, from architecture and design through verification, physical implementation, tapeout, bring-up, validation, and production.
Partner with executive leadership and product teams to define multi-generation technology and product roadmaps aligned with evolving customer and market requirements.
Build, develop, and scale multidisciplinary engineering organizations spanning ASIC design, architecture, firmware/software, validation, and engineering operations.
Serve as a senior technical interface with strategic customers and partners, translating infrastructure challenges into differentiated silicon and system-level solutions.
Drive multiple complex development programs in parallel while balancing technical performance
Qualifications
Proven leadership of complex ASIC/SoC programs from architecture and design through tapeout, silicon bring-up, validation, and production.
Deep technical credibility in high-performance silicon for data center, networking, AI infrastructure, or adjacent compute-intensive applications.
Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary engineering organizations across functions such as architecture, RTL, verification, physical design, firmware/software, and validation.
Strong product and systems judgment, with experience translating customer or infrastructure requirements into silicon architectures and differentiated product roadmaps.
Executive-level communication and customer engagement skills, with the ability to operate effectively with senior leadership, strategic partners, and major technology customers.
