Job description
Keesler Federal Credit Union seeks a strategic learning and development leader to serve as Vice President of Corporate Training. This executive role reports to the Chief People Officer and drives enterprise-wide training, leadership programs, compliance education, and learning technology.
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 12+ years in related leadership and at least 9 years in people leadership.
