Job description
TD Securities in New York seeks a Vice President to lead the U.S. Equity Capital Markets team. You will advise corporate and financial sponsor clients, oversee IPOs, follow-ons, and other equity solutions, and drive execution with senior bankers across functions.
The ideal candidate has 6+ years in ECM or investment banking, strong valuation, SEC knowledge, and a proven ability to manage senior client relationships while mentoring junior professionals.
