Job description
Citi in the United States seeks a senior VP Banker at CA-ONE MARKET PLAZA to help clients raise funds in capital markets and provide strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions and other transactions in coordination with Institutional Banking. You will lead financing transactions, guide due diligence, prepare information memoranda and presentations, and collaborate with senior bankers and external advisors on M&A and special situations.
A Series 79 and 63 within 150 days is required.
