Job description
Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Vice President of Business Development to lead growth in the federal government market. This executive will build a high-performing BD organization and drive opportunity identification, capture, and proposal strategy, while shaping partnerships and revenue growth.
Responsibilities include building a qualified pipeline, leading bid/no-bid decisions, and developing account plans with DoD and Federal Civilian agencies.
