Job description
Mainstay Maritime seeks a senior finance leader to own the annual plan, rolling forecast, and GAAP reporting for a complex maritime business. You will partner with the CFO, oversee consolidation, audits, and lender relationships, and shape finance support for operations and engineering.
Ideal candidates hold CPA, 15+ years in asset-heavy industries, with multi-entity consolidation, M&A, and strong modeling skills, plus ERP experience (NetSuite / FloQast / Datarails).
