VP OF FINANCE
Salary: Up to $150k + depending on experience
Location: Westbrook, Onsite

Key Responsibilities for the VP of Finance:
Lead all financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting
Own the annual budget process and monitor performance against plan (revenue, GM%, EBITDA, expenses)
Manage AR/AP, ERP systems, and inventory/material management functions
Coordinate financial audits and drive internal control improvements
Partner cross-functionally with department leaders on long-term business planning
Build, coach, and develop the finance team
Qualifications for the VP of Finance:
4-year degree with CPA experience
5+ years in a senior finance leadership role
Strong command of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
