nYou’ll start with a book of existing Schwab clients, giving you a strong foundation to build lasting relationships and grow your practice. Your relationship-building and communication skills will help deepen client connections and create meaningful impacts into the lives of the people and communities you serve.
nnSchwab Training and Development
n nTo set you up for success, you’ll complete our comprehensive training through Wealth Management University, a four-week virtual experience led by live facilitators, followed by an immersive weeklong bootcamp to connect with peers and learn from experts.
nAfter completing Wealth Management University, your individualized development continues through hands-on training and mentorship within your branch. You’ll collaborate closely with your branch manager, experienced peers, and dedicated mentors who provide guidance tailored to your unique background and career goals.

n nThis position offers a competitive base salary complemented by a performance-driven incentive plan, providing unlimited earning potential from day one. nWhat you have
nThe expertise you bring :
nnnA valid and active FINRA Series 7 license required
n
nnObtaining or acquiringFINRA Series 66 (63/65) as it will berequired during your tenure on the job
n
nnObtaining or acquiring Life & Health Insurance as it will berequired during your tenure on the job
n
nnCFP® Certification is a plus. (If you have not obtained the CFP designation yet, we encourage your professional development with Tuition Reimbursement and our internal CFP Cohort Program)

n nThe skills you bring :
nnBusiness Development
n nProactively engage in warm outreach to existing and prospective clients, maintaining consistent sales activity to grow the book of business and strengthen client relationships.
nPassion for community engagement to share and engage clients in discussion about market conditions, sound investing principles, and ideal wealth and long-term investment strategies for their personal situation.
nDesire to provide outstanding investor experience in addition to furthering your own professional development in Wealth Management
nnRelationship Building
n nAbility to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepen the client relationship by applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations.
nStrong candidates will also learn to leverage our team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help your clients’ progress toward achieving their goals.
nnInvestment Strategies and Financial Planning
n nOpenness to manage wealth on behalf of our clients including: Retirement Planning, Education Planning, Investment Management, Banking & Lending Management, Insurance & Risk Management, and Estate Planning.
nAbility to adapt and implement change as the market and business conditions evolve
