Job description
Morgan Stanley is seeking an experienced Associate to VP for the Collateralized Mortgage Obligation (CMO) / Agency Derivatives (IO/IIO) desk. You will price, hedge, and trade across agency pools, CMOs, and derivatives while engaging with clients as a market maker.
The role requires strong quantitative and analytical abilities and a proactive, team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment. Base pay is competitive and reflects experience and market conditions.
