Job description
Onterris is seeking a VP of FP&A to manage all financial planning and analysis activities. The role involves overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights to executive leadership, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Ideal candidates will possess over 15 years of finance experience, including 10 years in FP&A, and hold a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. A strong grasp of financial modeling and excellent communication skills are essential.
This position offers a compensation range of $230,000 – $270,000 plus an annual bonus of 20–25% based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
