Job description
Obra Capital, Inc. in New York seeks a Vice President, Fund Accounting to maintain books and records of funds in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
The role collaborates with Operations, Investor Relations, Management Reporting, Tax, and Legal & Compliance, and coordinates with the external fund administrator. Responsibilities include NAV finalization, P&L reconciliation, fee review, capital calls, and preparing quarterly unaudited and annual audited statements.
