Job description

Care.com is seeking a VP of Backup Care Network & Fulfillment to lead the end-to-end operations of the nationwide caregiver and care center network. You will own strategy, P&L impact, and performance metrics across the Backup Care operation, spanning children, adult/senior, and pet care.

You will build and scale the Enterprise Operations team, drive KPI dashboards, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Finance to optimize matching, reimbursement, and member experience.
