Job description
Goldman Sachs in New York is seeking a Vice President in the Bank Debt Portfolio Group to lead structuring, negotiation, and execution of complex letters of credit globally. You will advise deal teams and clients on LC mechanics and credit agreements.
This front-office role demands deep knowledge of ISP98, UCP600, URDG758 and a track record of negotiating legal documentation. You will collaborate with LC Operations and global teams to minimize risk and ensure compliant workflows.
