Selby Jennings is seeking a Vice President of Tax for a global investment firm in New York. You will oversee the tax function for the management company, investment funds, and SPVs, delivering strategy, governance, and scalable tax infrastructure.
The role demands hands-on leadership, deep knowledge of private funds tax, cross-border structures, and complex reporting (K-1s, FATCA/CRS). You will partner with finance and operations to shape the tax program as the platform grows.
