Job description
Wisconsin Aluminum Foundry's WAF-Crookston location seeks a seasoned VP & General Manager to lead the Crookston operation. You will oversee full P&L responsibility, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost, and shape the plant's strategic direction.
You will manage budgets, lead a high-performing team, and advance Lean, Six Sigma initiatives while nurturing customer and community relationships. This executive role is based on-site in Crookston, MN, with a transition plan through 2027.
