Job description
Thera is hiring a Vice President of Growth to own revenue growth end to end and lead our hands-on GTM engine across sales, partnerships, and growth marketing. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership to turn a strong product and happy customers into a repeatable growth machine.
This role is about execution, testing, learning fast, and scaling what works. You will build and lead SDRs, AEs, and growth operators while focusing on metrics and outcomes.
