Job description
STACK Construction Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships to lead growth through M&A, strategic partnerships, and corporate development.
You will define acquisition strategy, build a targets pipeline, run diligence, structure deals, and support post‑acquisition integration. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and the Board to align acquisitions with STACK’s product roadmap and market expansion.
