Job description
Repsly is seeking a Senior Director or VP of Growth Marketing based in Boston, or on the East Coast, with hybrid arrangements for local staff. You will own the growth engine, work directly with the CEO, and lead 3–5 direct reports to scale pipeline and revenue.
You’ll partner across Sales, Product, and RevOps, build an AI-enabled demand-gen program, and shape ICPs, messaging, and the GTM motion while maintaining accountability and measurable results.
