Job description
Repsly, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director or VP of Growth Marketing in Boston, MA. Hybrid work model with an office near the Financial District. The role reports to the CEO and requires building a scalable, data-driven growth engine owned by marketing.
You’ll own pipeline, drive ABM and demand-gen programs, and partner with Sales, Product, and RevOps to deliver measurable revenue outcomes. Equity is offered for VP-level candidates, alongside a starting base salary of $150K–$200K plus bonus.
