Job description
Pape-Dawson Engineers in Dallas seeks a Vice President, Development Strategy to drive growth in North Texas land development. You will be a strategic growth leader, senior client advisor, and mentor, expanding market share and strengthening client partnerships.
You will work with executive leadership, operations, and development teams to identify opportunities, shape pursuit strategy, and convert opportunities into profitable projects while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
