Job description
Strategic Employment is seeking a VP of Go-To-Market Strategy / VP, Revenue Operations & Strategy to lead the end-to-end GTM for a fast-growing fintech. This remote role sits above Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management and partners with executive leadership to shape market entry and revenue architecture.
You will define ICPs, build the operating model for predictable growth, design GTM motions, and create scalable revenue processes.
