Job description
Leerink Partners in New York seeks a Vice President / Senior Associate for Equity Capital Markets (Healthcare) to lead end-to-end execution of a wide range of equity and equity-linked financings, including IPOs, follow-ons, structured deals, and convertible debt transactions.
The role requires strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills, with responsibility for supervising Analysts and Associates and coordinating cross-functional deal teams across the ECM practice.
