Job description
ENT Specialty Partners (ESP) seeks a VP-level in-house General Counsel to serve as the primary internal legal leader for a healthcare MSO, guiding corporate governance, compliance, contracts, and regulatory matters. You will partner with executive leadership and the Board, overseeing outside counsel and strategic initiatives in a lean, hands-on role.
