Job description
W&T Offshore, Inc. is seeking a Vice President / Director of Health, Safety, Environmental & Regulatory (HSE&R) to guide safety and environmental strategy across the company’s offshore and onshore operations.
The role requires 15+ years of senior HSE leadership in offshore energy, a strong governance mindset, and proven ability to interact with regulators (BSEE, BOEM, USCG). Office-based with travel up to 15% and a hybrid schedule (Mon-Thu in office, Fri remote).
