Job description
Union Square Hospitality Group seeks a Vice President of Human Resources to provide vision and direction across all HR functions. As a member of the leadership team, you will partner with executives to align people strategies with operational and financial objectives, champion Enlightened Hospitality, and build strong, diverse teams.
You’ll lead talent development, workforce planning, compliance, and employee relations, while guiding compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR analytics.
