Job description
Santander is seeking a Sr Associate / Vice President to lead origination and execution of complex M&A transactions in Building Products and Distribution within the Industrials Group. You will manage deal processes, develop client materials, and mentor junior bankers while cultivating new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years in industrials corporate finance, strong negotiation skills, and a track record in transaction execution. Travel may be required.
