Job description
KBR, Inc. is seeking a strategic Vice President, Internal Audit to lead and mature the internal audit function as the company transitions to an independent public entity. You will partner with executive leadership to strengthen governance and risk management through risk-based audits and proactive controls.
The role requires deep SOX/ICFR expertise, strong communication with the Audit Committee, external auditors, and business stakeholders, plus a track record of building high-performing teams.
