Job description
Latitude is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to join as its first legal hire for a PE-backed, growth-stage healthcare technology company near Boston, MA. You will own end-to-end contracting, build the playbook, and establish legal ops with CLM, CRM integration, and AI-assisted review.
Required: 8+ years of law firm and in-house experience, PE-backed SaaS healthcare background, J.D. from an accredited school, and strong commercial judgement.
