Job description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Vice President to join its Leveraged Finance team in a role focused on developing strong client relationships and coordinating across products such as M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and debt/equity raises.
The VP will act as the primary day-to-day client contact, oversee junior bankers’ analytic work, and refine client materials to maximize impact while managing deal risks and coordinating with lawyers, accountants, and other parties.
