Job description
J.P.MorganChase & Co. in New York seeks an experienced Vice President to join our Leveraged Finance team. You will develop relationships with corporate and financial clients and work across M&A, restructurings, loans, and equity/debt raises.
As lead banker on capital markets transactions, you will mentor junior bankers, refine marketing materials, build financial projection models, assess risks, and coordinate with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties to execute complex deals.
