Job description
JPMorgan Chase is seeking an experienced Vice President for Leveraged Finance in San Francisco. You will develop relationships with corporate and financial clients and work across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity/debt capital raises.
You will act as the lead banker on capital markets transactions, coordinate junior analysts, refine materials, model financial projections, and manage deal risks while coordinating with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties.
