Job description
Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Vice President Licensing to build and scale a profitable, brand-aligned licensing program across product categories, channels, and geographies.
This leader will shape strategy that supports both direct-to-consumer and wholesale models, driving revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. You will manage external partnerships and collaborate with merchandising, design, marketing, legal, wholesale, and supply chain teams while owning the P&L for licensing.
