Job description
CoreSite is seeking a Vice President, Legal - Mergers & Acquisitions to lead the legal strategy for acquisitions and strategic transactions in data center and digital infrastructure assets. You will supervise due diligence, negotiate complex agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams with senior executives.
Ideal candidates have 5+ years of M&A experience, a JD and bar admission, and the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives in a hybrid work environment in the US.
